We worked with Mencap's recruitment division during the 2021 COVID outbreak. Recruitment within the care industry was already a struggle before this. However, the demand for support workers intensified even more greatly during this time.
When Mencap realised this, they wanted to take critical action and we discussed how we could help get their job vacancies in front of potential candidates and, in turn, increase quality applications.
We achieved this through our technical know-how and creative solutions, targeting key areas through Google Search Ads (PPC) and Facebook Advertising, creating eye-catching content, and targeting an audience who lived within a certain radius of the vacancy.
Because of our detailed approach and, ultimately, our results, we helped them to appease this short-term requirement.
By incorporating social media advertising and PPC into their marketing strategy, Mencap gained a 59% increase in applications and a 29% increase in hires on average during this time. They have also seen their highest engagement when it comes to audience reach, job ad clicks and engagement.
