There is a reason we utilise both of these tools for our SEO auditing, both have their own strong points. 

Screaming Frog is fantastic for weekly or monthly website audits and does a great job of deep analysis on potential errors. However, SEMrush does daily crawls, and although the results aren't as in-depth as Screaming Frog, this allows errors to be picked up and addressed quicker.

We would suggest trying both on a free trial before you decide what might be best for you. Or, better still, appoint an SEO agency to take care of your SEO management so you know any issues identified by audits will be taken care of straight away.
